5.2 Refunds

Paid subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us within 30 days.

The Service, including all software, designs, text, and graphics, is owned by ScopeShield AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit (project data, messages) but grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.

7. AI Analysis Disclaimer

The analysis provided by ScopeShield AI is for informational purposes only and is not legal advice. AI-generated assessments may not be 100% accurate. You should always exercise your own professional judgment when responding to client requests and consult a legal professional for complex contract disputes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScopeShield AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
